Returns & Refund Policy
At Bresil, we hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you would like is to return the original purchase. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order separately.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
